I've been on TV before, but on PURPOSE?

NHKのど自慢 is an amateur singing contest, shown Sunday afternoons on NHK. The show travels around to different places in Japan, and people from around the area enter to win prizes and stuff.

My bosses are encouraging me to go on this show.

We missed the episode that actually taped in this city, but they're coming again to another town in the next prefecture over.

This could be...interesting.
(Odds are I won't get past the postcard stage, but what the heck.)
