beans....
You mean there isn't a Taco Bell on every corner?
You know dude...You stayed at my place for two days, and you didn't tell me you could make them.
God damn it man.
God damn it.
What is it that you're missing, Rob? The tortillas? It's been a long time since I've made them, but the flour ones are pretty easy to make, if you have a rolling pin. I suppose finding masa flour for corn tortillas might be a bit difficult in Sakaiminato City or Yonago or ...
Are there other ingredients you might be missing? Cumin? Cheese? Well, cheese is awful, but there's no accounting for taste. :-) Cheddar cheese is an American Midwestern bastardization of Mexican food anyway.

Big Steve -- Are you serious? Cuz I've been hearing things about some places near me...
Scott -- Lets see...no tortillas, no ground beef (the closest thing I've ever seen at grocery stores in Japan is a 75%-25% mix of beef and pork), and finding the right spices might be an interesting excercise. I've seen salsa (from New Jersey, oddly enough), and there's a wide variety of cheeses to choose from -- although some looks kinda...synthetic (read: Velveeta), (^_^)
I'm a bad, bad, man. Sorry for neglecting my promiises on tacos. got caught up in last minute shit for my school, plus planning on vacation. . .Hell yeah I'm serious, I gotta get back to Kyushu, or at least closer to it than where Iam now.
EEL- Sorry dude, it never crossed my mind to make you tacos. But then again, I didnt have my spices, herbs, and secret ingredients up there in Seoul. Next time Im there, I'll make some tacos that will make you pass gas from now till Doomsday.
