Technical difficulties
My attempt at posting at a consistent rate may be stymied by odd technical problems. It seems that Blogger has problems uploading to snookles.com. Sometimes, posts upload with no problem. Other times, the upload hangs, and there's no way (from blogger) to abort and retry...

You may resort to what I have to do at work often. Use notepad to do your typing, select-all, copy and paste into Blogger when complete; better yet WORD so you can spell check etc.
I know you thought of this - but honestly if the lag is killing you, that would allow you type as fast as you'd like to let your thought flow more freely.

Hey, Rob, I can explain part of the technical difficulties ... Friday night around 3:30am we had a wonderful set of thunderstorms pass though Minneapolis. The lightning show was very impressive, best I've seen in a few years at least. Knocked power out for about 6 hours.
Saturday night we went to a dinner party and saw a friend who lives in Richfield -- power was *still* out at his house.
