What a way to start the day

So, I was on the phone with a friend in the states, discussing how best to get a new computer, when the room starts shaking...

Rob mentioned that I have good weather karma ... I don't know about that. Snow fell both before and after I visited Sakaiminato City, but about an inch of snow also fell while I was in Tokyo a few days before visiting Rob.

During my visit to Tokyo in August 2004, Tokyo was brushed by a typhoon: it was awfully windy for about a day and a half. Did my karma bring that typhoon, or did it keep it from coming any closer? {shrug}

I think that there is a stronger case that I have questionable seismic karma. Shortly after I left Tokyo at the beginning of September 2004, an earthquake hit Niigata, 100 or so miles north of Tokyo. Shortly after I left Sakaiminato City, an earthquake hits northern Kyushu, close enough to SC to make its existence known.

Bulls**t or not? Tune in next week.

Dude...wasn't a massive epidemic of earthquakes one of the seven signs?
