しゅやくはだれですか translates into something like, "Who's the star?"

Now, I'm already a little iffy on the whole idea of Chinese character tattoos, but to me having this simple little phrase tattooed along the entire length of your spine (in rather poorly written Japanese kanji and kana). . . is incomprehensible. A kanji tatoo. . . well, kanji by itself, maybe, but add in the kana, to me it loses several million style points. ('Course, I'm not really into the tattoo thing, so I dunno.)
